Installing the mobile app

Android

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Go to Joint mobile web (https://mapp.joint.now).
  1. Sign in.
  2. Tap the [Install app] button at the top of the screen.
  1. Confirm the installation.
  2. Launch the app.
  1. Tap the [Enable notifications] button at the top of the app screen to allow Joint notifications.

iPhone

iOS 18 or earlier

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to Joint mobile web (https://mapp.joint.now).
  3. Tap the [Share] button at the top of the screen.
  1. Tap [Add to Home Screen] → [Add].
  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap the [Enable notifications] button at the top of the app screen to allow Joint notifications.

iOS 26 or later

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to Joint mobile web (https://mapp.joint.now).
  3. Tap the [Share] button at the top of the screen (the screen may look different depending on your tab settings).
  1. Tap [Add to Home Screen] → [Add].
  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap the [Enable notifications] button at the top of the app screen to allow Joint notifications.

Installing the desktop app

  1. Open Chrome, Edge, or Whale.
  2. Go to Joint (https://app.joint.now).
  3. Sign in.
  4. Tap the [Install app] button at the top of the screen, or the install icon in the address bar.
  1. Confirm the installation.
  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap the [Enable notifications] button at the top of the app screen to allow Joint notifications.
